A lovely post. I don’t make marmalade but do want to make some vin d’orange this year from Sally Clarke’s recipe and I also like Nigella’s chicken with Seville oranges and fennel. Must go off to the supermarket and buy some

Thank you very much Kate. Vin d'orange is another favourite. I've tried a few recipes and am partial to Samin Nosrat's version which has rosé and vodka but no rum (https://nettleandquince.com/2022/02/02/vin-dorange/ ). Nigella's chicken with Sevilles and fennel sounds very delicious ...
