Thanks very much for sharing it - especially with the work that you have put into it.

Do you have a bourbon of choice?

It's not a spirit that I know a good deal about. Are there any that you would suggest to try or, just as importantly, avoid?!?

Thank you Ken! Tweaking baking recipes is not usually my thing but needs must when pecan bars are at stake ;).

I had a bottle of Woodford Reserve bourbon, which has become fairly mainstream and is easy to find here. It’s mellow and pleasant also to sip as is, with one ice cube to tease out the aroma.
